Image Usage & Print Policy

Edited Images

All purchased images are professionally edited and retouched. As part of our signature style, edits include a filmic, grain finish. While digital tools are used for efficiency, the creative direction is always aimed at producing a cinematic/film look. What you see in our portfolio reflects the style close to what you will receive.

Please note: unedited or RAW files are never supplied.

Storage & Retention

We do not retain client images beyond 14 days after delivery. The only exception is where you have signed a Model Release, which allows us to retain and use selected images for our marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes.

Usage & Print Rights

When you purchase images, you are granted full usage and print rights for personal and professional use. Copyright always remains with Bentley Headshots.

You are welcome to print, share, and display your images. However, they may not be resold, licensed, or submitted to competitions, stock libraries, or third parties without our written permission. There is never any need to tag the photographer or studio whatsoever. These images are produced for your brand and business

Printing & Colour Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee how your images will print, as results depend on:

• The device or screen you first viewed them on
• The calibration of your chosen print lab
• The unique filmic/grain style we use in editing

For best results, we strongly recommend using a professional print lab. Colours, tones, and finishes may look slightly different between digital displays and printed output.

John Bentley | Bentley Headshots (including heirs and legal representatives) cannot be held responsible for any loss, claims, or damages arising from the storage, printing, or use of your images.
